This week, Partners In Health Co-founder Dr. Paul Farmer visited Toronto, and his passion for health as a human right was heard right across the country.

Partners In Health Canada and the Department of Family and Community Medicine (DFCM) at the University of Toronto hosted a conversation and live webcast with Dr. Paul Farmer on June 10 at 7pm EDT, on Social Justice and the Movement for Global Health Equity.

Dr. Farmer spoke as part of the DFCM’s 2013-2014 Speaker Series “Connections: Primary Care and Family Medicine in the Global Health Context.” The evening was a resounding success! A link to the recording of the evening, as well as pictures of the event, will be posted as soon as they’re available.

To our student network, to DFCM, and to everyone who participated in the conversation, thank you for being part of such an inspiring evening!
